Throughout the time you will be working towards your goal it is important to keep track of your progress and the exercises you do. You may miss a day because of illness or timing and you want to keep track of those because those things will effect your progress. You also want to track your progress so you know you are actually improving and if you aren't you can then identify the problem.
I have chosen to use a chart where it has the exercise routine I am supposed to do on one side and what I actually did on the other side. Below you can see the template of what it will look like.
